All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Soleya reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel orders where necessary, with a full refund if payment has already been made.

Orders are subject to product availability.

Payment must be successfully received before orders are processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and circumstances beyond our control.

Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of receipt in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African law.

Personal information is processed through Shopify and authorized service providers for order fulfilment, payment processing, customer support, and legal compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soleya shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
