Return and Refund Policy
At Soleya, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Customized or personalized products
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
